Our Objective
"The portal was developed to provide FCA Nepal staff with an effective digital platform for streamlined program administration and oversight, while ensuring equitable resource access for mentors, mentees, and women entrepreneurs across all regions of Nepal. The project aimed to democratize access to entrepreneurship development resources by extending availability beyond active program participants to aspiring women entrepreneurs throughout the country, regardless of their geographic location or current enrollment status."
Project Overview
The Mentorship and Program Management Portal was developed for FCA Nepal’s Aarohi Fellowship Program to address the need for effective program management and equitable access to entrepreneurial resources. The initiative aimed to provide a comprehensive digital platform that would serve multiple stakeholders including FCA Nepal staff, mentors, mentees, and women entrepreneurs across Nepal.
The main objectives centered on three key areas: enhancing program management capabilities for FCA Nepal staff through streamlined administration and oversight tools; ensuring equitable resource access for all participants regardless of geographic location or enrollment status; and creating an inclusive learning platform that democratizes entrepreneurship development resources for aspiring women entrepreneurs throughout the country.
The portal development was completed in 4 months through an iterative process that incorporated feedback from the team. Key activities included the development of the portal platform, uploading of resources to ensure comprehensive content availability, and provision of training to users. Documentation was created to support ongoing use and maintenance of the system.
The project operates under a 2-year timeline for continued support and operation, ensuring that the platform remains effective and accessible throughout the duration of the Aarohi Fellowship Program.
