Diverse Patterns took on a significant project, providing an in-depth two-day digital accessibility training for Body and Data, a notable organization. Formed in 2017, Body & Data is dedicated to spreading awareness about digital rights, ensuring vital information reaches women, queer individuals, and marginalized groups. Their mission revolves around making the digital world safe, fair, and inclusive through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and empowerment efforts in Nepal.
This training was designed specifically for Body and Data's internal team, a group keen on advancing digital rights. Covering a range of topics, the training taught practical skills like creating accessible documents, optimizing social media content, making inclusive videos, and improving website accessibility. In just two days, participants gained valuable insights and hands-on abilities needed to enhance digital inclusivity.
